Perfect Pasta Salad Toss
INGREDIENTS
- 8 oz. penne pasta, cooked and drained
- 4 oz. sliced salami, cut into strips
- 1 jar (7 oz.) roasted red peppers, drained and cut into thin strips
- 1 jar (6-1/2 oz.) marinated, quartered artichoke hearts, drained
- 1/3 cup halved, pitted kalamata olives
- 1/4 cup sliced fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 cup Italian or Caesar salad dressing
- 1 cup (4 oz.) Sargento® Artisan Blends® Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- Romaine lettuce leaves (optional)
DIRECTIONS

Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse with cold water; drain well.

Combine salami, bell peppers, artichoke hearts, olives and basil in large bowl. Add pasta and salad dressing and cheese; toss well.

Cover; refrigerate at least 30 minutes or up to 6 hours before serving. Serve salad on lettuce leaves, if desired.
