English Muffin Pepperoni Pizzas
INGREDIENTS
- 3/4 cup pizza sauce
- 6 English muffins, halved
- 1-1/2 cups (6 oz.) Sargento® Fancy Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 3 oz. sliced pepperoni
DIRECTIONS

Spread pizza sauce on each muffin half. Sprinkle cheese over sauce; top with pepperoni slices.

Place on baking sheet. Bake in preheated 425°F oven 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
