Cobb Salad Pitas

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (4 oz.) Sargento® Fancy Shredded Cheddar Jack Cheese
  • 1 cup chopped tomato
  • 1 ripe avocado, diced
  • 1 cup diced, cooked chicken or turkey
  • 1/3 cup crisply cooked, crumbled bacon or bacon bits
  • 1/3 cup Thousand Island or Italian salad dressing
  • 4 (6-inch) pita breads, halved
  • Romaine or red leaf lettuce leaves

Directions

  1. Combine cheese, tomato, avocado, chicken, bacon and dressing in medium bowl.
  2. Open pita breads; line with lettuce leaves and fill with cheese mixture.
