Whole Grain 7-Layer Sandwich
Ingredients
- 2 slices whole wheat bread
- 1 Tbsp. Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
- 6 spinach or 2 romaine leaves
- 1 slice Sargento® Deli Style Sliced Mozzarella Cheese
- 4 thin tomato slices
- 2 oz. turkey breast slices
- 1/4 cup alfalfa sprouts
- 1 slice Sargento® Deli Style Sliced Swiss Cheese
- 2 red bell pepper rings
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
Directions
- Spread 1 slice of bread with mayonnaise. Layer the following on top of bread: spinach, Mozzarella cheese, tomato slices, turkey slices, alfalfa sprouts, Swiss cheese and bell pepper rings.
- Spread remaining slice of bread with mustard. Place bread on top; secure with toothpicks.
