Whole Grain 7-Layer Sandwich

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Spread 1 slice of bread with mayonnaise. Layer the following on top of bread: spinach, Mozzarella cheese, tomato slices, turkey slices, alfalfa sprouts, Swiss cheese and bell pepper rings.
  2. Spread remaining slice of bread with mustard. Place bread on top; secure with toothpicks.
