- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 clove garlic, minced (or 1/4 tsp. garlic powder)
- 1/3 cup (1-1/4 oz.) Sargento® Artisan Blends® Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
DIRECTIONS

Combine mayonnaise, milk and garlic in small saucepan; stir over low heat 5 minutes or until mixture thickens slightly.

Add cheese and parsley. Stir and heat just until cheese melts. Serve over hot cooked pasta.
