Cheese and Spinach Tortilla Pizza
INGREDIENTS
- 2 large (10-inch) flour tortillas
- 2 tsp. vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1 large tomato, seeded and chopped
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1 cup (4 oz.) Sargento® Fancy Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup (4 oz.) Sargento® ChefStyle Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 cup (2 oz.) Sargento® Artisan Blends® Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
DIRECTIONS

Place tortillas on foil-lined baking sheet. Brush oil over tortillas. Bake in preheated 450°F oven 4 minutes or until golden brown.

Spread sour cream over tortillas; top with spinach, tomato and olives. Sprinkle cheeses evenly over tortillas. Bake at 350°F 8 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with green onions. Cut into wedges to serve.
