Combine Mozzarella cheese, chicken, pesto sauce and tomatoes in medium bowl. Roll or pat each biscuit into a 5-inch round. Place a heaping 1/4 cup cheese mixture over center of each round. Bring up sides over filling and pinch to seal. Roll and press top side of pastries in Parmesan cheese; place seam-side down on baking sheet.
Bake in preheated 375°F oven 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm or at room temperature.
