Two Cheese Vegetable Sub
INGREDIENTS
- 2 tsp. butter or margarine, softened
- 1 (6-inch) submarine roll, split in half
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 2 green bell pepper rings
- 1 slice Sargento® Deli Style Sliced Provolone Cheese
- 6 mild banana pepper rings or red bell pepper rings
- 1 slice Sargento® Deli Style Sliced Colby Cheese
- 1 thin slice onion, separated into rings
- 1/4 cup alfalfa sprouts
- 2 thin slices tomato
DIRECTIONS

Spread butter on each roll half. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over each. On bottom half, layer the following: bell pepper rings, Provolone cheese, banana pepper rings, Colby cheese, onion rings, alfalfa sprouts and tomato slices. Cover with top half of roll. Wrap tightly in foil.

Bake in preheated 350°F oven 15 minutes or until heated through.
