Place crust on baking sheet. Spread sauce over crust within 1/2-inch of edges. Sprinkle half of cheese evenly over sauce.
Arrange zucchini, tomato, artichokes and onion over cheese. Sprinkle with pine nuts, if desired; top with remaining cheese.
Bake in preheated 450°F oven 12 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned.
