Tomato-Zucchini Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 (12-inch) prepared pizza crust
  • 3/4 cup sun-dried tomato pasta sauce or pasta sauce of your choice
  • 1-1/2 cups (6 oz.) Sargento® Fancy Shredded Pizza Double Cheese®, divided
  • 1 zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 1 plum tomato, thinly sliced
  • 1 jar (6.5 oz.) marinated artichoke hearts, cut into small wedges
  • 1/2 cup slivered red onion
  • 3 Tbsp. pine nuts (optional)

Directions

  1. Place crust on baking sheet. Spread sauce over crust within 1/2-inch of edges. Sprinkle half of cheese evenly over sauce.
  2. Arrange zucchini, tomato, artichokes and onion over cheese. Sprinkle with pine nuts, if desired; top with remaining cheese.
  3. Bake in preheated 450°F oven 12 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned.
