Southwestern Pizza
Ingredients
- 1 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions
- 2/3 cup salsa
- 1 (12-inch) prepared pizza crust
- 1/3 cup (plus 2 Tbsp.) chopped fresh cilantro, divided
- 2 cups (8 oz.) Sargento® Fancy Shredded Pizza Double Cheese®
Directions
- Combine beans, green onions and salsa in medium bowl. Place pizza crust on foil-lined baking sheet. Spoon bean mixture evenly over crust; sprinkle with 1/3 cup cilantro. Top with cheese.
- Bake in preheated 425°F oven 12 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted. Cut into wedges; sprinkle with remaining cilantro.
