Southwestern Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions
  • 2/3 cup salsa
  • 1 (12-inch) prepared pizza crust
  • 1/3 cup (plus 2 Tbsp.) chopped fresh cilantro, divided
  • 2 cups (8 oz.) Sargento® Fancy Shredded Pizza Double Cheese®

Directions

  1. Combine beans, green onions and salsa in medium bowl. Place pizza crust on foil-lined baking sheet. Spoon bean mixture evenly over crust; sprinkle with 1/3 cup cilantro. Top with cheese.
  2. Bake in preheated 425°F oven 12 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted. Cut into wedges; sprinkle with remaining cilantro.
