Rub meat with chili powder. Cook on preheated medium-hot grill 3 minutes each side or until desired doneness. Cut meat across grain into thin slices.
Divide greens between two serving plates; sprinkle with corn. Arrange meat, pepper and cheese on greens. Garnish with tortilla chips; serve with salsa.
