Grilled Sirloin Taco Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. (1/2-inch thick) sirloin steak or boneless top round steak
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 4 cups salad greens
  • 1/2 cup drained whole kernel corn
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1/2 cup (2 oz.) Sargento® Shredded Reduced Fat Mild Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 oz. baked tortilla chips
  • 1/2 cup chunky-style salsa

Directions

  1. Rub meat with chili powder. Cook on preheated medium-hot grill 3 minutes each side or until desired doneness. Cut meat across grain into thin slices.
  2. Divide greens between two serving plates; sprinkle with corn. Arrange meat, pepper and cheese on greens. Garnish with tortilla chips; serve with salsa.
