Grilled Sirloin Taco Salad
INGREDIENTS
- 4 oz. (1/2-inch thick) sirloin steak or boneless top round steak
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 4 cups salad greens
- 1/2 cup drained whole kernel corn
- 1/2 red bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1/2 cup (2 oz.) Sargento® Shredded Reduced Fat Mild Cheddar Cheese
- 1 oz. baked tortilla chips
- 1/2 cup chunky-style salsa
DIRECTIONS

Rub meat with chili powder. Cook on preheated medium-hot grill 3 minutes each side or until desired doneness. Cut meat across grain into thin slices.

Divide greens between two serving plates; sprinkle with corn. Arrange meat, pepper and cheese on greens. Garnish with tortilla chips; serve with salsa.
