Acapulco Baked Fish
INGREDIENTS
- 1-1/2 lbs. fresh halibut, cod, scrod or hake, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 cup chunky-style salsa
- 1-1/2 cups (6 oz.) Sargento® Fancy Shredded 4 Cheese Mexican Cheese
DIRECTIONS

Arrange fish in single layer in 2-quart rectangular baking dish; sprinkle with lemon juice. Top with salsa and cheese.

Bake in preheated 425°F oven 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
