Seafood Lasagna
Ingredients
- 3 cups white sauce, homemade or prepared, divided
- 3/4 tsp. dried tarragon
- 1 pkg. (16 oz.) lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
- 1-1/2 lbs. surimi or shrimp, crabmeat and firm fish fillets, cut in bite-sized pieces
- 2 cups (8 oz.) Sargento® Fancy Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided
- 3/4 cup (3 oz.) Sargento® Artisan Blends™ Shredded Parmesan Cheese, divided
Directions
- Mix white sauce and tarragon together; set aside.
- Layer one-third of the noodles, one-half of the seafood, one-third each of the Mozzarella, Parmesan and white sauce in a greased 13x9-inch baking dish. Repeat layers. Top with remaining noodles, white sauce and cheeses. Bake in preheated 350°F oven 40 minutes or until bubbly. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
