Grilled Sirloin Steak with Blue Cheese Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (4 oz.) Sargento® Crumbled Blue Cheese
- 1 cup Sargento® Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp. half-and-half or light cream
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 Tbsp. cayenne pepper
- 3 lbs. sirloin steak
Directions
- Combine Blue cheese, Ricotta cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, half-and-half, Worcestershire sauce and cayenne pepper in medium mixing bowl. Chill.
- Preheat grill or broiler. Grill sirloin steak to desired doneness; thinly slice. Serve with Blue cheese sauce.
