Place salad greens on large platter. Arrange shrimp, cheese, egg, avocado, tomato and bacon over greens.
Combine honey, vinegar, lemon juice, dry mustard, onion powder and garlic powder in small bowl. Slowly add oil, whisking until smooth and thickened. Toss salad with dressing.
