Mariner Cobb Salad with Honey Lemon Dressing
Ingredients
- 6 cups salad greens
- 3/4 lb. cooked shrimp or crabmeat
- 1 cup (4 oz.) Sargento® Crumbled Blue Cheese
- 1 hard-cooked egg, sliced
- 1 avocado, cut into thin wedges
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 3 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
Directions
- Place salad greens on large platter. Arrange shrimp, cheese, egg, avocado, tomato and bacon over greens.
- Combine honey, vinegar, lemon juice, dry mustard, onion powder and garlic powder in small bowl. Slowly add oil, whisking until smooth and thickened. Toss salad with dressing.
