INGREDIENTS
- 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1-1/2 tsp. poppy seeds
- 2 medium pears, sliced
- 2/3 cup halved seedless green grapes
- 2/3 cup halved seedless red grapes
- 1-1/2 cups (6 oz.) Sargento® Fine Cut Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cup toasted, chopped pecans
- Lettuce leaves (optional)
DIRECTIONS

Combine vinegar, honey and mustard in small bowl. Slowly whisk in oil until smooth and thickened. Stir in poppy seeds; set aside.

Combine pears, grapes and cheese in large bowl; toss with dressing. Sprinkle with walnuts. Refrigerate 2 hours or longer. Serve on lettuce-lined plates, if desired.
