INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup light sour cream
  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup minced fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
 

DIRECTIONS

    Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, parsley, walnuts, garlic, basil, Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.

    Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight. Serve with assorted fresh vegetables.
