Combine lemon juice and sugar in a small bowl. Slowly add oil, whisking until smooth and thickened; set aside.
Combine salad greens, Cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, orange and grapefruit sections, grapes and water chestnuts in large bowl.
Add dressing; toss gently. Sprinkle with hazelnuts; serve.
