Hazelnut Citrus Salad
INGREDIENTS
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 cup hazelnut or vegetable oil
- 3 cups torn salad greens
- 1-1/4 cups (5 oz.) Sargento® Fancy Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cup (2 oz.) Sargento® Artisan Blends® Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 1-1/2 cups orange sections
- 1 cup grapefruit sections
- 1 cup seedless green grapes
- 1 can (8 oz.) sliced water chestnuts, well drained
- 1/3 cup chopped hazelnuts, toasted
DIRECTIONS

Combine lemon juice and sugar in a small bowl. Slowly add oil, whisking until smooth and thickened; set aside.

Combine salad greens, Cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, orange and grapefruit sections, grapes and water chestnuts in large bowl.

Add dressing; toss gently. Sprinkle with hazelnuts; serve.
