Combine yogurt, honey and cinnamon in medium bowl. Add cheese, apples, raisins, walnuts and celery; mix lightly.
Cut each pita bread in half to form 2 pockets. Place 1 lettuce leaf in each pocket, if desired. Spoon 1/2 cup filling into each pocket. Garnish with apple slices, if desired.
