Combine eggs, milk, Parmesan cheese and pepper in medium bowl; set aside.
Top 4 bread slices with slice of Swiss cheese and slice of ham; top with remaining four bread slices.
Heat margarine in small nonstick skillet until bubbly. Dip each sandwich into egg mixture, turning several times to absorb as much liquid as possible. Place in skillet, pouring a bit of remaining egg mixture over top of bread. Cook over medium-low heat 3 minutes per side or until golden brown and crisp.
