Reuben Sandwich

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 slices rye bread
  • 3 oz. sliced corned beef or ham
  • 1/3 cup sauerkraut, drained
  • 1 Tbsp. Thousand Island salad dressing
 

DIRECTIONS

  • 1

    Top 1 bread slice with corned beef, sauerkraut, dressing and cheese. Top with remaining bread slice. Spread butter on outside of sandwich.

    Cook in a preheated skillet over medium heat 4 minutes per side or until golden brown. Serve hot.
