- 1 Tbsp. light mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 6 spinach or 2 romaine leaves
- 1 slice Sargento® Deli Style Sliced Mozzarella Cheese
- 4 thin tomato slices
- 2 oz. sliced turkey breast
- 1/4 cup alfalfa sprouts
- 2 red bell pepper rings
- 1 slice Sargento® Deli Style Sliced Reduced Fat Swiss Cheese
DIRECTIONS

Spread 1 slice of bread with mayonnaise.

Layer spinach, Mozzarella, tomato, turkey, alfalfa sprouts, bell pepper rings and Swiss.
