INGREDIENTS
- 1 small clove garlic, peeled
- 1/2 ripe avocado, peeled, seeded, diced
- 2 Tbsp. each: reduced fat mayonnaise and reduced fat sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 6 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 large tomato, seeded, chopped
- 4 radishes, chopped
- 1 cup (4 oz.) Sargento® Shredded Reduced Fat Sharp Cheddar Cheese, divided
- 2 Tbsp. chopped chives
DIRECTIONS

With motor running, drop garlic through feed tube of food processor; process until minced. Add avocado, mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, salt and pepper; process until pureed. Refrigerate 15 minutes while chopping salad ingredients.

In a large bowl, toss lettuce, tomato, radishes and 1/2 cup cheese. Add dressing; toss well and transfer to serving plates. Top with remaining cheese and chives.
HELPFUL HINTS
- Add sliced grilled chicken or chickpeas for even an heartier main dish.
