Four Cheese Italian Bruschetta
INGREDIENTS
- 1 large ripe tomato, seeded, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. finely chopped pitted kalamata olives
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- 1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes or black pepper
- 3/4 cup (3 oz.) Sargento® Shredded Reduced Fat 4 Cheese Italian Cheese
- 16 rectangular flatbread crackers (about 3-1/2 x 1-1/2 inches)

Combine tomato, olives, basil, oil, vinegar, garlic and pepper flakes; mix well.

Add cheese; mix well. Serve immediately or chill up to 2 hours and spoon onto flatbread crackers just before serving
