Chopped Greek Salad Wraps
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 large plum tomato, chopped (1 cup)
- 1/4 cup each: sliced pitted kalamata olives and chopped cucumber
- 1 Tbsp. each: olive oil and red wine vinegar
- 2 small fresh soft pita breads or flatbreads
- 2 slices Sargento® Ultra Thin Sliced Provolone Cheese
DIRECTIONS

Toss lettuce, tomatoes, olives and cucumber with oil and vinegar.

Place cheese on pita; top with salad. Close with sandwich picks.
