Bacon, Tomato & Double Cheddar Panini
INGREDIENTS
- 1-1/2 Tbsp. butter, softened
- 4 slices sourdough or multi-grain bread
- 4 slices Sargento® Natural Blends™ Deli Style Sliced Double Cheddar Cheese
- 4 slices ripe large tomato
- 4 slices crisply cooked bacon
DIRECTIONS

Spread butter over 1 side of each slice bread. Turn bread over; top with cheese.

Place tomato and bacon over two slices bread; close sandwiches with remaining bread buttered sides up.

Cook in a preheated panini maker or well-oiled waffle iron 3 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted. (Or, cook in a large nonstick skillet 3 minutes per side.)
