Cheese and Veggie Sandwich
INGREDIENTS
- 8 slices multigran bread
- 4 Tbsp. mayonnaise, divided
- 4 slices Sargento® Sliced Reduced Sodium Colby-Jack Cheese
- 1 large avocado, thinly sliced
- 1 large beefsteak tomato, thinly sliced
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cups alfalfa sprouts
DIRECTIONS

Lightly toast the bread (optional). Spread mayonnaise on one side of each piece of bread. Layer cheese, avocado, tomato, onion and alfalfa sprouts on four slices toast; top with remaining toast.
