Grilled Pizza with Provolone, Radicchio & Roasted Red Peppers
INGREDIENTS
- 2 tsp. flour
- 11 oz. refrigerated pizza dough
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil, divided
- 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 6 slices Sargento® Sliced Reduced Sodium Provolone Cheese
- 1-1/2 cups radicchio, thinly sliced
- 2/3 cup sliced roasted red peppers
- 1 Tbsp. fresh Italian flat-leaf parsley, chopped

Preheat grill to medium-high.

Sprinkle flour on a clean, dry workspace and roll out pizza dough to ½-inch thickness.

Brush with 1 Tbsp. olive oil and place on center of grill rack, oiled side down. Cook three minutes; brush top surface with remaining oil; turn over and cook for 1 minute more.

Place garlic on crust. Top with cheese, radicchio, red peppers and parsley.

Turn grill down to low-medium heat. Place pizza back on grill and close lid. Cook 4-5 minutes until crust is crispy and cheese is melted.
