Cook bacon in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until crisp. Transfer to a paper towel; set aside. Pour off all but 2 teaspoons of the bacon drippings from skillet.
Fry eggs in drippings over-easy or sunny-side-up as desired. Stir 1/2 cup cheese into warm refried beans. Spread mixture in center of two serving plates. Top with eggs and remaining 1/4 cup cheese.
Serve with bacon, crumbled if desired, and warm tortillas.
