Very Cheddar Cranberry Muffin Tops

Ingredients

Glaze:

  • 1 cup confectioners sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. cranberry-orange relish
  • 1-1/2 to 2 Tbsp. milk

Directions

  1. Combine biscuit mix, cheese, sugar and cloves in large bowl. Combine 1/2 cup relish, milk, butter and egg in medium bowl. Add liquid to dry ingredients, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.
  2. Lightly grease two baking sheets. Drop batter by level 1/3 cup measure onto baking sheets 2 inches apart. Bake in preheated 375°F oven 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. For glaze, combine confectioners sugar, relish and enough milk to make a drizzling consistency. Transfer muffin tops to cooling rack placed over a sheet of wax paper; drizzle glaze over muffin tops. Serve warm or at room temperature.
