- 2 slices multi-grain bread, toasted if desired
- 1 red romaine lettuce leaf
- 2 slices tomato
- 4 slices peeled pitted ripe avocado
- 2 slices Sargento® Deli Style Sliced Pepper Jack Cheese
- 2 thick slices bacon, preferably applewood smoked, cooked crisp
