- 2 slices multi-grain or whole wheat bread, toasted if desired
- 1 lettuce leaf
- 4 thin slices ripe pear
- 2 oz. deli sliced smoked ham

DIRECTIONS

Spread honey mustard over bread. Layer lettuce, pear, ham and cheese on one slice bread. Close sandwich.
