1/3 cup sliced well-drained bottled roasted red bell peppers
1/4 cup sliced, drained, marinated artichoke hearts
2 Tbsp. drained sliced pepperoncini peppers
Directions
Brush dressing over cut sides of roll; top each half with a cheese slice. Layer lettuce, bell peppers, artichoke hearts and pepperoncini over bottom of roll. Close sandwich.
