Italian Vegetable & Cheese Hero
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Tbsp. Caesar or Italian dressing
- 1 ciabatta or hoagie roll, split
- 2 slices Sargento® Deli Style Sliced Sharp Provolone Cheese
- 1 large red leaf or romaine lettuce leaf
- 1/3 cup sliced well-drained bottled roasted red bell peppers
- 1/4 cup sliced, drained, marinated artichoke hearts
- 2 Tbsp. drained sliced pepperoncini peppers
DIRECTIONS
- 1
Brush dressing over cut sides of roll; top each half with a cheese slice. Layer lettuce, bell peppers, artichoke hearts and pepperoncini over bottom of roll. Close sandwich.
