Italian Roast Beef Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. Italian or vinaigrette salad dressing
  • 1 (6-inch) hoagie or French roll, split
  • 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
  • 2 slices fresh tomato
  • 2 to 3 oz. thinly sliced deli rare roast beef
  • 2 Tbsp. drained, sliced, pickled vegetables
  • 2 slices Sargento® Deli Style Sliced Sharp Provolone Cheese

Directions

  1. Brush dressing over cut sides of roll. Layer lettuce, tomato, roast beef, peppers and cheese over bottom of roll. Close sandwich.
