INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Tbsp. Italian or vinaigrette salad dressing
  • 1 (6-inch) hoagie or French roll, split
  • 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
  • 2 slices fresh tomato
 

DIRECTIONS

  • 1

    Brush dressing over cut sides of roll. Layer lettuce, tomato, roast beef, peppers and cheese over bottom of roll. Close sandwich.
