Italian Roast Beef Sandwich
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Tbsp. Italian or vinaigrette salad dressing
- 1 (6-inch) hoagie or French roll, split
- 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
- 2 slices fresh tomato
- 2 to 3 oz. thinly sliced deli rare roast beef
- 2 Tbsp. drained, sliced, pickled vegetables
- 2 slices Sargento® Deli Style Sliced Sharp Provolone Cheese
DIRECTIONS

Brush dressing over cut sides of roll. Layer lettuce, tomato, roast beef, peppers and cheese over bottom of roll. Close sandwich.
