Light Style Breakfast Wraps
INGREDIENTS
- 3 eggs
- 3 egg whites
- 1-1/2 cups (6 oz.) Sargento® Fancy Shredded Reduced Fat Colby-Jack Cheese, divided
- 1/2 cup chopped Canadian bacon or cooked ham
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onion
- 1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce (optional)
- 4 (6 to 8-inch) whole wheat flour tortillas or flavored wraps
DIRECTIONS

Beat together eggs and egg whites in a medium bowl. Stir in 1 cup cheese, Canadian bacon, green onion and, if desired, hot sauce.

Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat. Add egg mixture; cook until eggs are desired consistency, stirring frequently.

Heat tortillas according to package directions. Spoon egg mixture down center of tortillas; top with remaining cheese. Roll up.
