Provolone BLT
Ingredients
- 2 tsp. mayonnaise
- 2 slices multi-grain or sourdough bread, lightly toasted
- 1 large red leaf or romaine lettuce leaf
- 3 slices crisply cooked bacon*
- 2 slices fresh tomato
- 4 thin slices ripe avocado (optional)
- 1 to 2 slices Sargento® Deli Style Sliced Sharp Provolone Cheese
Directions
- Spread mayonaise over toasted bread. Layer lettuce, bacon, tomato and, if desired, avocado over one slice bread. Top with cheese; close sandwich.
Helpful Tips
- *To quickly cook bacon, place bacon on a folded paper towel; top with another paper towel. Cook in microwave oven 1-1/2 to 2 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
