Sharp Provolone and Ham Panini with Artichoke Mayo
Ingredients
- 1 can (14 oz.) artichokes in water, drained
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper
- 6 slices ham
- 6 slices Sargento® Deli Style Sliced Sharp Provolone Cheese
- 4 slices ciabatta bread or 2 ciabatta rolls, split
Directions
- Blend artichokes with mayonnaise, salt and pepper in blender.
- Place 3 slices of ham and cheese between 2 slices bread; repeat.
- Grill for 3-5 minutes or until cheese melts.
- Open panini and spread a spoonful of artichoke mayo on top of ham and cheese. Close before serving.
