Pepper Jack, Tuna and Capers Panini
INGREDIENTS
- 1 can (6-1/2 oz.) Italian tuna or solid white tuna in water, drained
- 1 tsp. capers
- 1 small lemon, cut in half
- Salt and pepper
- 4 slices ciabatta bread
- 4 slices Sargento® Deli Style Sliced Reduced Fat Pepper Jack Cheese
- 6 small romaine lettuce leaves
DIRECTIONS

Combine tuna with capers. Squeeze lemon over tuna and salt and pepper to taste.

Place evenly on 2 slices bread and layer cheese and bread on top.

Grill 3-5 minutes or until cheese has melted.

Open panini and add lettuce. Close before serving.
