Amish Style Roast Chicken & Colby-Jack Melts
Both simple and delicious. Just butter-up multi-grain bread, cover with rotisserie roast chicken and top off with Sargento Deli Style Sliced Colby-Jack Cheese. Then heat over skillet until cheese is melted to your liking for bites of cheese-filled bliss.

- 4 tsp. butter, softened
- 4 slices multi-grain or whole wheat bread
- 8 slices Sargento® Deli Style Sliced Colby-Jack Cheese
- 4 slices rotisserie roast chicken breast or leftover cooked chicken (4 to 5 oz.)
- 1/2 tsp. barbecue seasoning
- 1 Tbsp. coarse-grained mustard
Spread butter over one side of each slice of bread. Turn bread over onto a sheet of waxed paper or work surface. Arrange 2 slices of cheese over each slice of bread. Arrange chicken breast over 2 of the bread slices. Sprinkle seasonings over chicken. Spread mustard over chicken. Close sandwiches.
Heat a large nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat until hot. Add sandwiches; cook 3 minutes per side or until golden brown and cheese is melted. Cut diagonally in half.
