19 people added this to their recipe box!No need to roll up your sleeves when preparing this tasty meal. Simply roll up turkey inside flour tortillas, along with a little lettuce and pickled vegetables, and a whole lot of Sargento® Deli Style Sliced Reduced Fat Colby-Jack Cheese. Then, enjoy.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 (6 to 7-inch) flour tortillas, preferably whole wheat
- 4 tsp. honey mustard or spicy brown mustard
- 2 red leaf or romaine lettuce leaves
- 4 slices Sargento® Deli Style Sliced Reduced Fat Colby-Jack Cheese
- 3 oz. deli sliced turkey pastrami or smoked turkey breast
- 3 Tbsp. well drained mild or hot pickled vegetables (gardiniere)
DIRECTIONS

Wrap tortillas in a large sheet of waxed paper. Place in microwave oven and heat at HIGH power 10 to 12 seconds just to warm. (This will make tortillas easier to roll.)

Spread mustard over tortillas all the way to edges. Arrange lettuce, cheese, turkey and pickled vegetables over tortillas; roll up.
