Turkey & Cheese Roll-Ups

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 oz. deli sliced turkey pastrami or smoked turkey breast
  • 3 Tbsp. well drained mild or hot pickled vegetables (gardiniere)
 

DIRECTIONS

    Wrap tortillas in a large sheet of waxed paper. Place in microwave oven and heat at HIGH power 10 to 12 seconds just to warm. (This will make tortillas easier to roll.)

    Spread mustard over tortillas all the way to edges. Arrange lettuce, cheese, turkey and pickled vegetables over tortillas; roll up.
