Havarti Ciabatta Sandwiches

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 ciabatta rolls, split*
  • 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp. prepared pesto
  • 3/4 cup packed arugula or mesclun mixed salad greens
 

DIRECTIONS

  • 1

    Spread cut sides of rolls with mayonnaise and pesto. Arrange arugula on bottoms of rolls. Top with turkey, red peppers and cheese. Close sandwiches with roll tops.
