Havarti, Pear & Prosciutto Pizza
Ingredients
- 1 (12-inch) prepared pizza crust
- 1 cup packed arugula or baby spinach leaves
- 6 slices Sargento® Deli Style Sliced Havarti Cheese, cut diagonally in half
- 1 large ripe pear, cut into thin slices
- 2 oz. thinly sliced prosciutto, cut crosswise into quarters
Directions
- Place pizza crust on a large baking sheet. Arrange arugula over pizza. Arrange cheese over arugula spoke-fashion, overlapping as needed.
- Bake in a preheated 450°F oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese has melted.
- Arrange pear slices over hot pizza. Drape prosciutto strips over pears. Cut pizza into 8 wedges. Serve warm or at room temperature.
