Havarti, Pear & Prosciutto Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 (12-inch) prepared pizza crust
  • 1 cup packed arugula or baby spinach leaves
  • 6 slices Sargento® Deli Style Sliced Havarti Cheese, cut diagonally in half
  • 1 large ripe pear, cut into thin slices
  • 2 oz. thinly sliced prosciutto, cut crosswise into quarters

Directions

  1. Place pizza crust on a large baking sheet. Arrange arugula over pizza. Arrange cheese over arugula spoke-fashion, overlapping as needed.
  2. Bake in a preheated 450°F oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese has melted.
  3. Arrange pear slices over hot pizza. Drape prosciutto strips over pears. Cut pizza into 8 wedges. Serve warm or at room temperature.
