Open Faced Bacon, Tomato & Gouda Melts

Ingredients

  • 4 English muffins (sourdough, wheat or multi-grain), split, lightly toasted
  • 8 tsp. honey mustard
  • 8 slices bacon, cut in half crosswise and cooked until crisp
  • 8 slices (1/4-inch thick) tomato (2 medium or 1 large tomato)
  • 8 slices Sargento® Deli Style Sliced Gouda Cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Arrange toasted English muffin halves on a foil-lined baking sheet; spread with mustard; top with bacon, tomato slices and cheese.
  3. Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat source until cheese is melted, about 2 minutes.
