Triple Decker Havarti Club Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 12 slices multigrain or firm white bread, toasted
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 8 slices Sargento® Deli Style Sliced Havarti Cheese
  • 8 Boston or bibb lettuce leaves
  • 1/2 lb. thinly sliced oven roasted or smoked turkey breast
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked crisp, broken in half
  • 4 thin slices large tomato

Directions

  1. If desired, trim crusts from toast. Spread one side of each slice of toast with the mayonnaise. Layer 4 slices cheese over 4 slices toast (mayonnaise sides up). Top with 4 lettuce leaves, all of the turkey breast, 4 more slices toast, remaining 4 lettuce leaves, the bacon, the tomato slices and remaining 4 slices cheese. Close sandwiches with remaining 4 slices toast, mayonnaise sides down. Cut diagonally in half or quarters. Pierce each section of the sandwich with skewers if desired.
