Bacon and Chipotle Cheddar Canapes

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Stir together bacon, onion, horseradish, salt and pepper in a bowl with a rubber spatula until well blended.
  2. Spread about 1-1/2 tablespoons mixture evenly to edges of each slice of bread. Top with sliced cheese.
  3. Cut each slice into 4 squares or triangles. Bake on baking sheet about 10 minutes, until cheese is melted and beginning to brown on edges. Serve immediately.
